If I could leave 10 starts I would. My experience there at 31st Mufflers was phenomenal, from the greeting to them doing such a great job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for any work done on their vehicles 💯

I came in to get an estimate on replacing the flex pipe and two spots in need of repair at the flanges and they got me in that day and had me on my way. Cars sounds like new again! Highly recommend!

I've had my Toyota highlander for over a decade and the exhaust was literally falling apart, I'm talking rust, pipes handing from wires so they don't fall, and broken flanges/pipes/cat etc all over! Going in I wasn't sure if they'd be able to work on my car since the exhaust system was BAD.. despite all this they were able to quote me a very fair price and they explained evrything what was needed and was to be done. So I agreed and to my surprise they were able to perform a miracle. my car now drives like new and it doesn't sound like a rocket about to take off! I'd highly recommend this place to anyoen wanting to get honest and quality work done. Thank you for the amazing job!!!

This was my first time coming here as I usually would’ve gone to a shop somewhere else. But let me tell you, this has now easily become my favorite and go to spot for whenever I need something for my car, this time being the muffler. When I walked through the door I was greeted very kindly and promptly and the place seemed very professional. Right away I could tell that I’d be in good hands just from the professionalism that everyone here exuded. They treated my car with outmost care and were transparent about everything. As soon as my car got into the bay they started to look it over and then showed me what could be done and gave me several options so that I could choose one that was right for me, my budget, and to my liking for the car. When they started the work on my car I didn’t have to wait much which made it even more of a pleasant experience. As soon as the work was done they showed me everything they did, the welds, the parts, etc.. EVERYTHING was done with care, quality and longevity in mind!!! I took my car in to get my muffler fixed and had a great experience. The owner was really nice and explained everything clearly. Fast, honest service definitely recommend!
